We are happy to announce that Prof. Olli Kallioniemi, board member and Co-Founder of MediSapiens has been awarded for his groundbreaking work in the molecular sciences and precision medicine with the highly respected Matti Äyräpää Award by the Finnish Medical Society, Duodecim. Matti Äyräpää Award is given yearly by Duodecim to recognize successful research in the medical field.

Kallioniemi is known as a pioneer of precision medicine who has with his research group developed methods to further molecular sciences and the diagnostics and treatment of complex diseases like cancer. His work in developing and advancing the Finnish medical research and technologies field is undisputed.
